What we collect and why
We may collect your name, contact details, workplace, requested course and location to respond to an enquiry or arrange training. For participants, we may also collect course preparation, attendance, assessment and certificate records to deliver training and document completion.
Please do not include patient information or sensitive health details in a website enquiry. If you need a participation adjustment, ask an educator how to provide the relevant information securely.
Website enquiries
Enquiry forms are processed by Cloudflare and emailed to hello@respondlifesupport.com, then forwarded to our monitored inbox using Cloudflare Email Routing. Enquiry details are not written to application logs or a website database. Cloudflare and our email provider may process information outside Australia. Please email us if you prefer not to use the form. Theme and workplace preferences may be saved locally in your browser. Google Fonts requests disclose connection information to Google; fonts can be self-hosted before launch. [Analytics provider TBC] No analytics integration is currently installed.
Use and sharing
We use information to respond, organise learning, issue invoices and certificates, and maintain training records. We may share attendance and agreed training outcomes with the workplace that arranged the course. We do not publish testimonials or client logos without permission.
[Form service, learning platform, payment provider and record-storage providers TBC] Confirm which providers process information, their hosting countries and any overseas disclosure before enabling them.
Storage and retention
[Storage locations, access controls and retention periods TBC] Limit access to authorised staff, retain information only for a documented business or legal need, and securely delete or de-identify records when no longer required. These controls must be implemented before live collection.
