Price and payment
Prices are in AUD per person and include GST. Metro Melbourne travel is included. Regional and interstate travel and any venue charges are quoted before you confirm.
A 50% deposit confirms the date. The balance is invoiced after training, payable within 14 days. Certificates are issued once payment is received. Sending a request does not confirm a booking or charge you.
Participant numbers and substitutions
Confirm final numbers seven days before training. We invoice the confirmed number or the six-person minimum, whichever is higher. Additional participants are invoiced at the agreed rate, subject to educator capacity and completed preparation. Participant substitutions are free, provided prerequisites and online learning are completed.
On-site cancellations and rescheduling
- More than 14 days before: full refund or a free reschedule.
- Seven to 14 days before: one free reschedule within three months, or cancel and we retain half the deposit.
- Less than seven days before: the deposit is retained. You may transfer that deposit to one new date within three months, subject to availability. It is credited to the rescheduled booking.
Notify us in writing using hello@respondlifesupport.com. Any agreed third-party travel or venue costs and how they are treated on cancellation must be set out in your quote before booking.

If we cancel
You choose a full refund or a reschedule. We contact you as soon as possible.
Preparation and assessment
Online preparation must be completed before the practical session. Contact us early if this will be difficult so we can arrange a transfer under the terms above. A competency certificate requires completion of all assessment criteria; attendance alone does not guarantee a pass.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Statutory remedies take precedence over these cancellation terms where applicable.
